Vintage 2-Blade Jack Folding Pocket Knife – Jigged Bone Handle & Brass Bail (93)

A well-used vintage traditional pocket knife featuring two folding blades, genuine-looking jigged bone handle scales, metal bolsters and a brass bail.

This older jack-style pocket knife has developed considerable character from years of use. The warm brown jigged handle scales display natural-looking variation and age, while the blades, bolsters and hardware exhibit the wear and patina expected from a vintage working knife.

The knife carries an older tang marking, but the exact manufacturer and production period have not been conclusively identified. It is therefore being offered as an unidentified vintage American-style pocket knife rather than attributing it to a specific maker.

This knife shows considerable evidence of age, carry and previous use. Both blades exhibit scratches, surface oxidation, patina and previous sharpening. The main blade shows blade loss consistent with repeated use and sharpening.

The jigged bone handle scales show age-related discoloration, scratches and handling wear. One side has several noticeable scratched/inscribed lines. The bolsters, liners and other metal components exhibit scratches, oxidation and general wear. The brass bail remains present.

No attempt has been made to heavily polish or restore the knife.
